To obtain a PERMANENT JOB with an NPC establishment, your character must prove they are a reliable worker! Meaning they have proven themselves to be skilled, hard workers and not just bummed off friends! Each step in improved wages requires the character to have been actively involved in their job and proven to bosses and whatnot to get the appropriate recommendations! While this sort of thing is mostly hand-waved in Mostly Harmless, we may ask for proof that your character does their jobs, such as a post or two of perhaps them selling products or an open log of them at their job.

***Please note!*** If your character is new to the game this is not the place to sign them up for work. Temporary missions go up on the gargleblasted community at the beginning of every month, and are open for sign-ups all month long. The tag for that is !missions, and all missions, past and present, can be found by clicking here.

The requirements are as follows:

Minimum Degree Wage three months of solid working.
Somewhat Decent Wage six months of solid working.
College Degree Wage eight months.
CEO Wage a year.

Reasoning: This has already been sorted out IC-ly. Preventer has already launched. I assume Mr. Wayne wouldn't pay her much because they're just starting up and she has committed infractions. She probably wouldn't want pay, in any case. Preventer would want to be non-profit. Besides, the funding for the department is more than enough compensation. But yeah, guess he has to pay her something. 8|

Expected income: uhhh...not much. they're pretty non-profit. they spend everything they make on maintaining the org
Reasoning: having just one floor on the Wayne Enterprises building isn't cutting it anymore. also, now they can have employee residences with free rent! cleared this with Kiwi. :3
Funds: considering this whole black hole panic, real estate prices are down. so yeah, Une took a gamble by buying this building at a marked down price because what's the harm? you can't spend money when you're dead etc etc. anyway, money comes from various investors plus she's been saving a lot of money from her side jobs. also, she probably took out a bank loan. it's gonna take her forever to pay it back. /sob
