PS TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION: The easiest way to handle this would be to simply join the communities with the joint-twin journal for posting purposes, and to use an alternate account for commenting if need be - that way we'd only look for activity from the joint-twin journal, as opposed to activity from both, if both were to join the comms. Does that make sense?
