To OPEN A BUSINESS, your character has to have worked at College Degree Wage for Six Months! Again, this needs to be valued, ethical work! Please also keep in mind that you will need to put in for missions in order to gain employees, these people which later can permanently work for you if both parties see fit!

Name of the Establishment: KARMA (which is being rebranded to no longer stand for what the acronym was originally.)
Expected income: He takes a CEO wage from personal bonuses; the company itself is financially successful. KARMA offers services both for long-term and short-term customers and due to Kakashi's use of both jutsu and unique technologies, KARMA follows a blue ocean strategy. Because of the company's budgeting nature, a lot of allowance is given to marketing and advertisement, ensuring strong branding and a steady flow of clientele from big corporations on The Thor.
Reasoning: It was already established on livejournal. ICly, it was opened with Naruto who wanted to make as much money as possible to rebuild their world (Konoha). It's also a cover to gather resources in preparation for any problems that the refugees might face, such as the purists. Having lived and served through 2-3 wars during his lifetime, he sees this involvement as a duty. Additionally, a causal effect of resource gathering would include creating strong relationships with the other refugee-run businesses and hopefully the refugees themselves!
Funds: Naruto and Kakashi both took multiple missions every month since they arrived on the ship. They began with a modest office and the nature of their company and skillset required very few employees and relatively little investment in capital. Additionally, for the months that KARMA was making negative profit, Kakashi was taking additional missions to supplement for the losses.
