Bumming has never been very rigidly defined - generally, if a character is making enough money to be able to contribute to rent, then they're not bumming. Basically it's up to the player whether or not their character is bumming or contributing. If you'd like Ryuuji to be listed as bumming, we can do that! If he's contributing to rent, then he's not. :)
